I had a missed call from this number. I rang it back by pressing "call back" and it was the phone of a young woman who denied making the call and sounded genuine. She said it had happened to her several times before. It appears that someone is spoofing her number to cover their identity. Very likely spammers or scammers.

No one says anything. I tried calling the number back. I got an official ATT sounding recording that said "sorry your call did not go through pls try again." I called again, same message.
