Who Called

Deleting your data

Last updated : July 23, 2026

Who Called requires no account: the only data kept on our servers are your reports, your game scores and an anonymous device identifier. Here is how to delete everything.

1. From the app (recommended, immediate)

Open Who Called → Settings → “Delete my data”. This permanently erases from our servers all reports sent from your device, your game scores and the device record. No justification is asked and the app remains usable afterwards.

2. If you already uninstalled the app

Write to privacy@who-called.com. Since the anonymous identifier was deleted with the app, please tell us if possible which number(s) you reported and the approximate period: we verify, then erase.

3. Local data

All data stored on the device (rules, filtered-calls log, settings, game progress) is removed by the system when you uninstall the app.

4. Removing a number from the community database

If you are responsible for a listed number, request its removal at privacy@who-called.com. Prefixes from the official ARCEP list are not affected.

5. Timeframe

Deletion through the app: immediate. By email: within 30 days at most, as required by the GDPR (in practice a few business days).
