3. Purpose

Who Called is a free app that filters unwanted calls, based on an official telemarketer prefix list (ARCEP) and anonymous community reports. It does not place calls.

4. Terms of use

The app is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of results. When reporting a number, you agree to do so in good faith. You remain responsible for the decision to answer a call or not.

5. Community list

Scores are computed automatically and do not constitute a judgment. Anyone responsible for a number can request its removal at privacy@who-called.com.

6. Intellectual property

The "Who Called" brand and contents belong to DEVFI.

7. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction.
